(1) Invest in promising young startup companies in the ecommerce space which require a small amount of capital to create websites, web applications, online stores, subscription services, social network applications, and other web properties. In evaluating such proposed companies our main criteria are the background and expertise of the team members, the nature of the idea, and the amount of capital required to produce the idea and bring it to the stage where it is generating positive and profitable cash flow. Besides raw capital, Traffikoo Capital can tap Traffikoo's deep experience in ecommerce and online advertising and be an effective partner and business mentor.

(2) Acquire existing established companies in the ecommerce space, operating websites, web applications, online stores, subscription services, social network applications, and other web properties that are attracting solid and growing volumes of traffic. Acquisitions are expected to either include the core staffing required to keep the business operating and growing in the same way as it has been prior to the acquistion, or a transition plan to train new staff to perform these functions.
